The When?

Global Awareness Days

Across the year, the United Nations and global health organisations dedicate specific days to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. For example, World Mental Health Day on 10 October serves as a unifying call to action, reminding the world that mental health is a universal human right. Other observances, such as World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September) and International Day of Happiness (20 March), highlight the importance of resilience, compassion, and community care. These dates provide powerful moments to pause, reflect, and engage in collective conversations that inspire real change.

Being Aware, Every Day

Awareness doesn’t have to wait for a calendar date. True impact comes from daily choices — checking in on loved ones, practicing mindfulness, encouraging open conversations, and reducing stigma in workplaces, schools, and homes. Even small actions, like listening without judgement or offering support to someone in need, can make a meaningful difference. By making mental health a daily priority, we move beyond observances and build a culture of ongoing care and hope.

The Why?

We believe understanding the “why” behind our mission is essential. The challenges of today’s world—mental health struggles, spiritual confusion, and cultural pressures—demand both compassion and a strong foundation in truth.

2

Engage Partners

3

Plan with Care

Counselling & Care

Hope for the Heart System

The Hope for the Heart Biblical Counseling Library (often called the Keys for Living system) provides a structured, Scripture-based framework for addressing life’s most pressing challenges. With practical guidance on more than 100 topics – including anxiety, grief, marriage, forgiveness, and addiction – the system equips churches, counsellors, and everyday believers to offer meaningful care.

Designed to be clear, compassionate, and biblically faithful, these resources serve as both a personal tool and a counselling guide. They aim to move people from brokenness to hope, showing that God’s Word has answers for real struggles. By integrating counselling principles with spiritual truth, the Hope for the Heart system empowers communities to extend grace, healing, and restoration to those in need.
